The AnthroCalc app is a useful tool for calculating percentiles and Z-scores for various measurements in children. It can calculate length/height, weight, weight-for-length/height, body-mass index, and head circumference using WHO or CDC references. It also provides calculations for children with syndromes like Turner, Down, Prader-Willi, Russell-Silver, and Noonan. Additionally, it can calculate measurements for preterm infants using Fenton, INTERGROWTH-21st, or Olsen references. The app also includes specialized calculations for blood pressure, extended obesity measures, waist circumference, arm circumference, triceps and subscapular skinfolds, target height, predicted adult height, and height velocity in healthy children. It allows users to store patient-specific data from WHO and CDC growth charts for future reference. Each reference range used for the calculations is cited within the app.
