Bacticount description
Bacticount is an Android app that helps identify and measure bacteria and viruses from patient specimens. You can use the camera on Samsung Galaxy S7 or S9 to measure a chemical reaction and get a pathogen diagnosis in less than an hour. The app allows you to generate standard curves using spiked samples, record real-time reaction traces, analyze the data against the standard curve to determine pathogen presence and concentration, and export the traces for further analysis on a computer. You can monitor up to 96 samples at once and record any compatible reaction in real-time. Please note that Bacticount is only compatible with Samsung Galaxy S7 and S9 due to camera calibration requirements.
